Protect the warranty on your Run-Dry Impeller®, Drivesaver®, engine mount, or other Globe Composite Solutions warrantied part by filling out our electronic form within 10 days of purchase. If you prefer to post your warranty information, please mail all information requested on the form to the right, within 10 days of purchase to:

THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH BELOWIS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Globe Marine does not warrant against, and the Warranty shall be void with respect to, damages or defects arising
out of any of the following:

  • Improper or abnormal use or handling of Globe's products;
  • Installation or use of a Globe Marine product in a manner that is inconsistent with Globe Marine's application information or specifications;
  • Improper selection or sizing of the Globe Marine
    product;
  • Defects in products or components not
    manufactured by Globe;
  • Any product that is physically damaged or altered;
  • Failure due to foreign debris or chemical
    incompatibility.

This warranty also does not apply to products that
have been altered.

The sole and exclusive obligation of Globe Marine
shall be to repair or replace the defective product in
the manner set forth. Globe Marine shall not have any
other obligation with respect to the products or any
part thereof, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise. Under no circumstances, whether based on the Warranty or otherwise, shall Globe Marine be liable for any special, punitive or consequential damages.

  

WARRANTY ADJUSTMENT:
Globe Marine agrees to furnish a replacement, but not remove or install, the product if within six (6) months from the date of installation, the product shall, upon test and examination by Globe Marine, prove defective within the above warranty. Globe Marine is not liable for cost of removal, replacement, or repair caused by the failure of the Globe Marine product.

Buyer shall notify us of any defects within this warranty period no later than thirty (30) days after such defect is discovered.

No Globe Marine product shall be accepted for return or replacement without written authorization, which may be obtained by email at warranty@globecomposite.com. Upon such authorization, and in accordance with instructions given, the Globe Marine product must be returned to the address below, shipping charges prepaid by Customer.

Replacement made under this warranty will be shipped prepaid to the Customer.

Globe Marine's employees' or representatives' ORAL OR OTHER WRITTEN STATEMENTS DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES, shall not be relied upon by the customer, and are not a part of the warranty stated herein.

If any part of the Limited Warranty is determined to be to be void or illegal, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
